Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Riad Monceau was a mix of highs and lows. The riad's architecture is stunning, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread. However, the service at the front desk left much to be desired, especially when it came to communication. Overall, while the atmosphere was beautiful, the issues with service made my experience less enjoyable than I hoped.
During my stay at Riad Monceau, I found the location to be superb, just a two-minute walk from the main square, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Abdulhaq, who was always there to help with directions and answered all my questions (with a smile!). However, I did encounter some issues with the WiFi and a malfunctioning safe in my room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a lovely atmosphere, particularly at the rooftop bar, though the breakfast had limited options.
My stay at Riad Monceau was overall fantastic, though it started with a bit of confusion regarding our airport transfer. Soufiane, the assistant manager, really turned things around for us, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The Riad's central location is perfect for exploring the Médina, but finding it initially can be tricky. The dining experience was a highlight, particularly the delicious tanjia lamb dish.
During my stay, I enjoyed the charming atmosphere and beautiful courtyard, but there were definitely some downsides, particularly regarding the room size and some service issues. While I appreciated the helpfulness of some staff, communication was often a challenge, especially in English. Overall, I had a mixed experience that balanced beautiful surroundings with some frustrating moments.
I had a mixed experience at Riad Monceau. While the location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of the Medina, I faced significant issues during my stay, notably with noise from construction and some service shortcomings. However, the restaurant served excellent food, which made up for some of the inconveniences.
